In our Alignment classes, our instructors assist you to reach proper alignment by grasping understated actions. By emphasising the basic structure of poses, which can be modified with props, our aim is to understand the alignment of the body and to gain greater bodily responsiveness, flexibility and stamina.
Described as smooth and uninterrupted, Ashtanga classes are athletic and demanding and promise that, with continued adherence, a proficiency in attentive nonattachment will be acquired - a skill which can be beneficial in all aspects of life.

Our Yin yoga classes target the deep connective tissues of the body (rather than the superficial tissues) and the fascia that covers the body. Yin yoga aims to help regulate the flow of energy in the body.
